酒店就位在77街與麥迪遜大道的黃金地段，酒店的設計是由巴黎室內設計師Jacques Grange

走進The Mark，經典黑白條紋大理石裝飾的酒店大廳、色彩鮮明的設計師沙發，打造出既復古又前衛的風格，紐約上城豪宅的風格中、又注入了巴黎的時尚感。

整體房間的設計，更是充滿了1930年代的巴黎奢華氛圍，好的質感來自楓木觸感的家具，亞麻布的寢具更是由義大利頂級品牌Quagliotti所量身訂製的，以及丹麥頂級品牌Bang & Olufsen的視聽設備，一間真正Boutique Hotel的質感打造在此盡顯無遺。

以Art Deco為靈感設計的浴室、以搶眼的黑白大理石為主調；乾溼分離的沐浴空間雙人洗手抬都是英國製造的Lefroy Brooks，再加上Kohler深浸式浴缸，整個沐浴空間，再搭配綠色，是很清新精巧的另一方世界！

附有廚房的套房、更有家庭廚房的貼心空間設計，由義大利自然系廚具Piero lissoni for boffi所設計，客廳旁邊設有接待室。主臥室套房有兩個浴室、兩個衣櫥間，中間用半面牆隔開。女主人的衣櫥間比較大，浴室附有澡盆、超大淋浴間和雙盆洗臉檯。男主人的浴室和衣櫥間稍小，可是臥房更加寬敞。

每間客房都可以瞧見城市街景，從南側可以看到曼哈坦中城摩天大樓，西側是中央公園及其外圍堂皇的公寓大樓，北面可以遠眺上東城，東面是麥迪遜大道和公園大道的時髦建築。

從酒店天台可以看到第五大道上20世紀初用石灰石興建，曾屬於菸草大王James Duke的宅第；中央公園對面是約翰‧藍儂生前居住的達科他大樓；向南是洛克斐勒中心。

French interior designer Jacques Grange has personally designed and selected furnishings throughout The Mark that set an atmosphere of 1930s Parisian luxury. Each of The Mark’s guestrooms and suites feature furnishings of ebony and sycamore as well as fine Italian linens and bedding by Quagliotti atop custom-made beds. The guestroom’s high-definition video and audio systems are designed by Bang & Olufsen and compatible with all devices. Enjoy spectacular views of either townhouse gardens or the city below.

The Art Deco-inspired baths feature black-and-white marble, double sinks, deep-soaking tubs, and separate showers with polished nickel fittings by British maker Lefroy Brooks. Additional luxuries include heated towel racks and Flemish-made towels, a mirrored flat-screen television, separate telephone, and fine Italian toiletries.

Those guestrooms and suites with a kitchen feature custom cabinetry, black granite countertops, and appliances from Gaggenau, Miele, and Sub-Zero. Those without provide a black-granite minibar with Sub-Zero drawers.
