五星級飯店是名氣大重要、還是實際上住得舒服要緊?新加坡瑞吉酒店卻是兩者都能得兼的一家高級飯店。我在這裡體會到了什麼是高級酒店必須具備的「質感」，每樣設備與用品都極為考究，當然也包括其極為馳名的「管家服務」，這真是一間究極完美的酒店啊！無怪乎，有人又幫”她”加了一個等級-六星級！(內含HD影音)

讓我們從總統套房看起，主臥室、起居室、餐廳、書房到浴室，幾乎每個空間的裝飾都經過精心地規劃，以金色線條勾勒，並採用銅、縞瑪瑙和銀等貴金屬來裝飾，手繪絲綢鑲板讓牆壁盎然生色，而特別於捷克訂製的水晶吊燈，則讓整個空間華麗不凡。

最特別的是，這間套房內陳列著多件世界上珍貴的藝術真跡作品，包括馬克•夏卡爾 (Marc Chagall)、馬克•托比 (Mark Tobey)、黎譜 (Le Pho) 和山姆•法蘭西斯 (Sam Francis) 等巨匠的傑作，讓這間套房也猶如美術館般、典雅氣質！

可從起居室進入全景陽台，俯瞰窗外草木繁茂的植物園；或斜靠在手工拋光的銅製鞦韆上，感受片刻餘暇的時光；或者，當私人廚師在燒烤架上烹製燒肉時，一邊享用室外晚餐，一邊欣賞新加坡的天際線。

泰絲大王品牌Jim Thompson 絲綢作為靠枕的特大號床、手工的窗帷以及水晶吊燈，營造出臥室浪漫的風格。特別設計的床頭遙控器，可讓人一鍵就輕鬆掌控所有電子設備，是極為舒適的享受。

主浴室更是亮點之一，鑲貼著色彩亮麗的法國 Breche de Benou 大理石，設有豪華的專屬按摩浴缸、獨立按摩淋浴和大理石蒸汽浴室，這裡就是私人獨享的SPA空間。

或者也可以慵懶地斜臥在躺椅上，聽著景觀牆上潺潺涓流的美妙水聲、感受著風生水起”禪”的意境；或是乾脆打開 42 吋的液晶電視，觀賞節目。

這裡擁有雙大理石的盥洗盆，

以及一系列奢華的 Remède 水療設施與備品。相連的更衣室設有高雅的梳粧檯和考究的大理石盥洗檯，是愛美人士的完美秘境。

優雅的餐廳擺放著一張長桌，最多可坐 12 人，不管是舉辦私人午宴、或高級晚宴聚會都很適合。瑞吉酒店的行政總廚及團隊可隨時提供細心款待，當然，著名的瑞吉管家，更會在你需要時，提供周到的客製化服務。

行政辦公室配備了一張超大辦公桌以及全套辦公設備，可滿足商務需求。隔壁的私人健身房則配有最頂級的Technogym健身器材，設想完備。

儘管總統套房如此獨一無二，一般套房也毫不遜色。

特色的大床和充滿中國風情的手繪絲綢壁紙，營造出極有質感的空間。一樣採用Jim Thompson的絲綢靠枕，搭配舒適的沙發座椅，坐臥其中、慵懶閒靜。

法式大理石浴室配有深浸式的獨立浴缸，擁有安裝在鏡子內的電視可以邊泡澡邊看電視，旁邊鋪上即有質感的地毯，掛上純棉的浴袍；同時也有獨立按摩淋浴，以及大理石的雙盥洗盆，讓沐浴也變成一種暢快地享受。

辦公桌提供無線網路連接、42 英寸電視和 IP 電話，完全符合商務客層的需求。最棒的是，我還可以享用 Remède 水療中心的所有設施，包括強力水療池、蒸氣室、烤箱…等。室外游泳池的四周掩映著修剪整齊的熱帶植物，遠離烏節路 (Orchard Road) 的繁華與喧囂，猶如一片恬靜的綠洲。來自臺灣藝術家李真 (Li Chen) 的雕塑作品”飛行樂土”無聲地映襯著這裡靜謐的氛圍。我可以閑偎在折疊躺椅上，沐浴著明媚的新加坡熱帶陽光；或斜臥在三座華麗的涼亭內，享受愜意的私密時光。

管家服務：

瑞吉管家為世界上最知名的飯店管家服務之一，為顧客量身打造個性化體驗。

行李裝卸 - 瑞吉管家可提供行李開箱和存放服務，讓賓客盡享放鬆與愜意。離店前，賓客可聯繫管家服務台，讓其派遣一名管家來幫助整理和疊放衣物，為歸程做準備。

飲品服務 - 賓客抵達時，瑞吉管家將在客房內為其提供咖啡或茶飲服務。如願意，瑞吉管家還會在晨間喚醒電話後來到客房中，為賓客拉開窗簾，遞上咖啡或茶飲以及當天的報紙和天氣預報。

衣物熨燙 - 打開行李後，賓客可告知瑞吉管家哪些衣物需要熨燙，他們將很樂於提供協助，並及時將衣物送歸賓客的衣櫃。通常，賓客可享受兩件衣物的免費熨燙服務。
