從Mandarin Oriental Bangkok Hotel的碼頭出發，乘著每三分鐘就有一班的Oriental專屬船，感覺就要前往一處秘境，而我的身心將在此得到充分地療癒，即使這船程不到五分鐘。

蓮花池的綠意與純白的建築意象，先洗滌了我的心靈､做了一場SPA的暖身。

沿著木梯上到第二層樓，芳療師帶著親切溫暖的笑容已在門口迎接我，踏入接待室，發現這裡空間不大，卻有別於其他SPA喜歡塑造的密閉空間，Oriental Spa卻刻意讓自然的陽光灑進屋內

讓我邊喝著泌涼的檸檬草茶､聞著柚木香氣，一邊享受著微微的日光浴。

穿過特別有味道的泰式屏風，我來到了最大間､位於閣樓的Oriental Suite，延續著飯店泰式木造的風格，擺滿玫瑰花瓣的水療浴池已經在迎接我，充滿著低調又羅曼蒂克的氛圍。

當然，這裡還包含了衛浴空間、蒸氣室和床組，在這個略顯奢華的空間內，有非常完整的備品，與很多設計細節在裡頭。

在The Oriental Spa，你可以選擇長達三天的印度式Ayurveda療程，當然也有60分鐘起的按摩加精油､泰式按摩、瑞典式按摩，身體或臉部的療程…他們的療程設計得簡單易懂，最重要的是每個過程都很紮實。

這次我選擇的是Oriental Signature Massage，精油香氣會先讓你試聞，之後再選擇你喜歡的味道。他們先用玫瑰足浴幫我清洗腳與足部精油按摩，讓足部得到放鬆。

開始身體按摩後，芳療師會先從基礎的指壓開始，力道循序漸進再進入精油按摩。在過程中，芳療師會先詢問力道的大小，然後依循你想要的力道，從頭到尾以同樣的水準來替你按摩

我覺得這點非常不容易，唯有經過嚴謹訓練的芳療師，才能在療程中控制自己的力氣，90分鐘下來，我著實地感受到了什麼叫做身心舒暢。

Spa 療程完後，還送上輕食與香茅茶，為整個療程畫下完美的句點。

另外，他們還有雙人房按摩房可供選擇，空間不大卻功能性十足，房間裡面依然包含了衛浴空間、蒸氣室和雙人床，最重要的是，寧靜舒適的氛圍讓你不會在乎空間的大或小。

Treatments

Oriental Signature Massage

This unique ‘Oriental’ Journey includes a signature massage with a concentrated blend of essential oils extracted from plants, which release their soothing properties into the skin. Our technique, which combines Thai and European styles, eases muscle tension and energises the body with acupressure movements and stretching. The experience ends with a localised shoulder and spinal herbal compress containing lemongrass, turmeric and plai.

Traditional Thai Massage

This is a dry massage that has a firm base in traditional Thai holistic philosophy with roots in ancient teachings. The entire body benefits from a pressure point massage and stretching. Tension disappears replaced by a feeling of energy and peace.

For a truly luxurious experience, we have five speciality suites. In addition, we also have a Spa Penthouse located on the top of floor of the spa. This has four additional spa suites and is perfect choice for parties and private functions.

Deluxe Suites

three deluxe suites each have their own Jacuzzi and steam room. More spacious than our traditional treatment rooms, these suites offer guests a more luxurious spa experience.

Oriental Suite

Equipped with a Jacuzzi, steam room and a marble scrub table, this spacious suite allows guests the option of combining several treatments.

Water Suite

This suite is specifically designed for aqua therapy with facilities including a Moroccan Rhassoul. Our special Essence of Aqua experience has been specifically created for this suite.
