別墅的管理層不希望你只是待在房間裡，安排了一系列的健身、瑜珈、泰拳、遊艇探險、SPA…甚至還有藝術鑑賞活動等等。

泰拳、露營訓練、太極以及瑜珈，這些不只是在室內有專門的空間，還能在如私人沙灘上的環境，享受難得的”健身體驗”…早晨，教練已經給我Morning call，儘管有點睡眼惺忪

我還是被普吉島溫暖的陽光給喚醒，打開我的落地窗，教練所在的椰子樹距離我只有3分鐘之步伐，踩在柔軟細緻的沙灘上，感覺自己的雙腳無比舒適，整個身體也漸漸地被喚醒！

在椰子樹旁，教練已經”架構”好皮拉提斯的訓練，如果你覺得自己肌力不足，那也沒關係，他已經在沙灘上鋪好瑜珈墊，不知什麼原因，我一邊聽著海浪聲、一邊跟著老師的動作做瑜珈，表現竟然比平日在教室內上課、成效來得好！

室內泰拳教室大得驚人，一旁也是健身房，我還是有專屬的教練跟我對打泰拳，對初生之犢的我而言，全身流汗的暢快淋漓盡在不言中！

Iniala也有自己的皮艇，如果想體驗在大海中遨遊的快感，你也可以在日落前隨時體驗，這裡有專屬的救生員，不用擔心安全問題。

活動體力之後，最需要的是好好地放鬆、以便養精蓄銳，於是我先在villa旁的戶外餐桌享受Iniala Gourmet既豐盛又營養的早餐，等休息足夠後，重頭戲SPA旋即登場。

Iniala的SPA則是在我各國的按摩體驗當中、名列前茅的。訓練有素的美容師會在跟你預約好時間後，來到你私人專屬的SPA空間，她會先親切地詢問你身體的狀況，然後給你最適合的建議。

當然美容師會先給你SPA Manu看你需要泰式、瑞典式或是精油按摩…(住客每天享有1小時免費SPA,其他也有臉部淨膚、手足、身體護理等多個項目讓顧客選擇)。

在專屬於我的私密空間內，我也可以先在戶外浴缸泡澡享受日光浴，然後再享受美容師專業的按摩服務。

身體的舒適獲得了滿足，Iniala也不會忽略你心靈成長的需求。

藝術總監Florencia Nahmad曾經是義大利名牌Valentino的設計師，因此結識世界各地的藝術家，在被挖角到Iniala團隊後，她不但在別墅區內成立了一個藝廊，廣納各地藝術家的作品，同時她也兼顧Iniala整體環境的藝術氛圍營造，打造整個villa區如同一間間獨一無二的藝廊，入住其中，怡然自得。

此外，Iniala還附設小型電影院、濱海白屋(通常做為會議中心及宴會場地)，在夕陽餘暉下，不管任何人凝視著蔚藍的大海，都會感到幸福油然而生。

Spa:Iniala has a total of three treatment rooms, one in each the Collector’s Villa, Villa Bianca and Villa Siam. Signature treatments include: Rehydration Facial uses all natural Thai ingredients yogurt, cucumber, honey, white clay and soy powder and Thai Herbal Compress Ritual uses a heated compress of herbs and essential oils to massage key muscles of the body. Products used are a combination of organic products of Thailand, and Biologique Recherche. Villa amenities are by Jo Malone.

Iniala Bakery: Award-winning pastry and bakery Chef David Inglada of Spain oversees all production for the hotel, Aziamendi restaurant and Iniala’s full independent bakery located in Phuket.

Iniala Art & Design: Florencia Nahmad is the Head of Design and Art and is responsible for the Iniala Studio and boutique. Flor was a designer for Valentino in Rome before moving to Barcelona to run a small boutique, where she met Mark Weingard. She works with local and international artists and designers, overseeing the pieces that come into the hotel as well as Iniala art gallery along with Aziamendi’s popup locations, which span the globe.

Fitness at Iniala: The fitness director, Chai (Uaichai Prangsuwan) oversees Iniala Fitness. Activities using the beach or lawns include and not limited to: Thai boxing, fitball, mat pilates, boot camp training, body and mind conditioning, Tai Chi and yoga. Water based activities include kayaking, standup paddle boarding and snorkeling. Iniala also boasts an incredible gym with state-of-the-art Technoygym equipment and a custom made Thai boxing ring designed by Ramon Urbeda.
