如果你要問我，在曼谷市區哪家飯店是真正具備皇家氣勢的規模?無疑地，絕對非曼谷凱賓斯基莫屬，挑高明亮的大廳、落地窗搭配大理石柱，恢弘氣派；不過一打開落地窗，環繞中庭的湛藍泳池，翁鬱的棕梠樹林立，經典的黑白色建築外觀，這裡果然是城市「Urban Resort」-城市中的渡假勝地！(內含HD影音)

凱賓斯基(Kempinski Hotel)是歐洲最古老的奢華酒店品牌，2010年開幕的曼谷凱賓斯基是全球第64間酒店、在亞洲也是最具代表性的五星奢華酒店之一，該間酒店就位在曼谷市中心Siam Square area(暹羅廣場)，只要步行一分鐘的時間，就可以抵達曼谷最大最知名的Siam Paragon百貨，凱賓斯基可說是處在整個曼谷的心臟地帶，擁有絕佳的地理位置。

整個Siam Kempinski Hotel是以"皇室蓮花池塘的意象"為靈感來打造，蓮花在這間酒店扮演了重要的角色，因為它象徵了皇室及當地的歷史，因此無論在大廳的水池、地毯、甚至是職員的制服、每間客房裡的裝飾牆面上…你都可以瞧見lotus的蹤跡，他們希望能塑造出一個度假行宮的氛圍，即便他的位置在市中心。

當我一走進大廳，便被14米挑高的空間所震撼，整片黃銅色的燈就在櫃檯的正後方、盡顯氣勢；整個lobby也充滿著設計感，不管是給客人的歇息區、或是牆上的壁燈，每個細節都融入了設計及藝術在裡頭，讓人感覺快意舒適！

事實上酒店的設計理念融合了許多泰國的藝術，酒店甚至與清邁大學藝術系的學生合作，所以如酒店裡陳設的藝術品，無論是畫作、攝影作品、雕刻…都是原創的作品，凱賓斯基也希望藉此能鼓勵泰國本地的藝術創作，同時也能呈現出飯店想要打造的優雅氛圍。

推開大廳的落地窗，眼前的景象又讓我豁然開朗，從一樓客廳可以直接走到戶外泳池區，這個泳池採環繞式設計，周圍以綠意、熱帶植物來包覆，”城市中綠洲”的感覺躍然而出！

白天，戶外的大涼亭是曬太陽、做日光浴的好所在；

不過到了夜晚，這裡會化身為戶外酒吧，當昏黃的燈光在夜間亮起，這裡迷人浪漫的氛圍，會教人目眩神迷！

最經典的客房就位於一、二樓，樓中樓型的房間，只要推開房內的落地窗，陽台邊就可以直達泳池的房型，只不過這種房型只有21間實在太搶手，住房率經常是百分百。

凱賓斯基的房間是環狀坐落於各樓層，因此幾乎每間房間的窗外都可以瞧見”城市綠洲”的景緻。

走進我的房間，首先映入眼簾的是小走廊和側門邊的浴室，房間設計更巧妙地融入東西方的風格，荷花的攝影作品大氣地掛在我的床頭，臥室以透明玻璃和浴室相連，通透感讓房間感覺寬闊。

小沙發區的迎賓水果與小點十分豐盛；辦公桌的現在泰式風格設計，更讓我覺得興味盎然。

而乾溼分離的浴室，更是整間房間的亮點之一，電動的窗簾區隔出房間與浴室，讓浴室也能擁有獨立的空間，以大理石及黑白色系為主調的設計，再加上三面鏡的設計，讓整體呈現出俐落與時尚感！

浸潤式浴缸當然也是這裡的特色，凱賓斯基特別請歐洲品牌專門為他們手工打磨製作，觸感極好，當然實際體驗更是一種舒暢的享受啊！

行政樓層的Lounge就設在17樓，這裡擁有非常精緻豐盛的早餐、下午茶以及雞尾酒時間！餘暇如果需要飲料與小點，服務人員都會殷勤地替我遞上。

首先服務人員甜美的笑容已讓我融化，其次這裡的餐飲非常精緻、酒精與非酒精飲料也經過精挑細選。

現代泰式創意料理SRA BUA by Kiin Kiin

穿過擺滿了現許多藝術畫作的長廊，SRA BUA by Kiin Kiin就位在左手邊。

SRA BUA是創意泰菜料理，是丹麥米其林一星級泰國菜餐廳「Kiin Kiin」在全世界唯一的分店。

丹麥「Kiin Kiin」的主廚Henrik Yde Andersen，多年前曾經在來到泰國住過一段時間，從此愛上了泰國菜，他在回到丹麥哥本哈根之後，決定開設以泰菜為主題的Kiin Kiin 餐廳，結果榮獲米其林一星級認證的殊榮，也是目前當今唯一獲米其林星星的泰國餐廳。曼谷SRA BUA特別聘請Henrik Yde Andersen來到曼谷當餐飲顧問總監，所有的菜式都是由Henrik所設計，因此SRA BUA不管是餐點、服務、用餐環境等，完全比照米其林一星的「Kiin Kiin」。進入SRA BUA後的第一眼就會被餐廳的古典優雅、沉靜氛圍所吸引，設計者巧妙地運用蓮花池來做空間上的分區，當荷花搭配上沉穩的實木設計，高貴典雅的格局讓人舒適又愉悅。

Henrik用全新烹調手法，包括分子料理、低溫慢煮，再加上少許傳統泰菜的元素，把各種看似不合拍的食材完美融合後，轉變成新型態的呈現方式，就視覺、嗅覺、味覺都讓人有著新奇感受的”現代泰式創意料理”。

LEADING CATEGORY Deluxe Room (80 rooms) - Designed with the international business and leisure traveller in mind, the Deluxe Room offers guests supreme comfort and convenience.

With the choice of a king or twin beds, the rooms have excellent views of the hotel’s garden from either the windows or the optional balcony.

Sized between 40 and 45 square metres, the Deluxe Rooms are located in the Royal Wing on floors 2 - 8. Premier Room (115 rooms) – Range from 45 to 60 square metres, Premier Rooms are located on floors 1 – 6 of the hotel’s Garden Wing, allowing guests to enjoy the greenery view of the majestic garden a little bit closer from either the windows or the optional balcony.

Through the main colour scheme of beige and light colour with the glass-fronted bathroom, the rooms have been visually enhanced in term of size and space with luxury touches.

Executive Room (56 rooms) – Located on the prestigious upper floors of the Royal Wing from floors 9 – 15, these rooms range in size from 40 to 48 square metres. Access to the Executive Lounge is included with these rooms, allowing guests to enjoy the extensive privileges and facilities on offer include breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails as well as a private meeting room and secretarial service as per complimentary.

Cabana Room (10 rooms) – Located on the ground floor of the hotel’s Garden Wing, the Cabana Rooms range from 40 to 48 square metres. All rooms offer a direct access to the swimming pool from the private terrace. The understated elegance of the décor in contemporary Thai design creates a seamless flow of comfort and beauty that links the interior with the serene garden and swimming pools outside.

Duplex Cabana (11 rooms) – Located on the hotel’s Garden Wing, the room ranges from 75 to 110 square metres.
