原本的曼谷四季酒店 Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok 在 2015年正式更改經營團隊，變成新的曼谷安納塔拉暹羅飯店 Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel ，讓曼谷飯店又多了些新話題，Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel 的位置相當不錯，就在 Ratchadamri BTS旁步行一分鐘，離四面佛也相當的近，附近又有很多百貨公司可以逛，享受頂級的服務及設施，就從他最溫柔的泰式服務開始!
走入Anantara Siam，大肆開放的挑高空間，沒有梁柱阻擋視線，張揚出飯店的雄偉大氣，特別是泰式混合西式圖騰的天花板頂、是一大特色。
大片的落地窗，讓陽光斜斜地灑進屋內，許多泰國骨董陳列的大廳，在陽光照射下顯得熠熠生輝。大廳入口到盡頭的泰式大型壁畫，更是飯店的一大特色。
一樓中庭的迷你樹林，營造出熱帶花園的氛圍，可在此享用早餐下午茶或晚餐，中間還有小橋流水、魚兒在此優游。
為了提供更好的服務，酒店在2006年重新翻修。特別是每間房間內，都用「手繪真絲壁畫」和手工製作泰國古色古香的燈飾，讓入住的房客，猶如古代王公貴族般的高級享受。

房間擺設其實中規中矩，端正而沉穩，但細節注意的很好，King size的雙人床很舒服，整體讓人有種放心的感覺。房間內的器具都有講究，迎賓水果盤、皂盤，都是淡淡湖水綠的細緻陶器，手感溫潤，典雅但不俗氣。
沐浴用品是備品採用歐舒丹的檸檬草系列，每天皆會貼心的補上新品。
Spice Market
飯店里的Spice Market曾被曼谷市民評為曼谷最美味泰式餐廳。餐廳的設計模仿了一家古老的泰國香料店，散發著泰式的熱情好客和魅力，這裡供應精美的泰國美食，可以根據個人的口味量身定制使用的香料。
