位於六本木Midtown的東京麗思卡爾頓酒店是”高級飯店”的代名詞，這不需要多言，我們想談的是服務，The Ritz-Carlton,Tokyo如何在經營九年之後、還能帶來感動人心的服務。(內文含 F.I.TV HD報導影音)

挑高的大廳，給人開闊之感，卻不會給人冷冰冰的空曠，是因為禮賓人員的微笑。

在Ritz-Carlton的守則中，有一條是『我們是服務紳士與淑女的紳士與淑女』，這一條讓我感受很深刻，因為服務人員會把顧客視為是對等的關係，「您工作完成了嗎?」「今天一切順利嗎？」像朋友一樣的家常問候，會令你感到溫暖與熱情。

“家”的味道

當然，當你走進Club Lounge時，更能感受到如同”家”的氛圍。這個甫裝修完成的空間分為四個區域，分別是前檯接待、花園區、用餐區以及圖書館區。由於位於飯店最高樓層53樓，所以擁有絕佳的視野，天氣晴朗時，甚至可以遠眺富士山景。

最讓人驚喜的，是這裡的下午茶服務，三層高的精緻下午茶，甜點、鹹點應有盡有。

全由自己廚房手工製作的精緻點心，好吃的程度一點也不輸給一般的下午茶專門店，光是這點，就值得入住Club Level，當然更不用說，一天五餐的餐飲提供。

如果適逢周日及周一，下午還會特別提供豎琴表演，當你風塵僕僕而來，藉由清脆悅耳的音樂，也能神奇地淨化疲憊的心，迎接入夜後Midtown醉人的景致。

『沒有說出口的願望或需求』，也就是以提供顧客連他自己都意想不到的服務、讓顧客感動為使命。當我的Club Deluxe Room擺上春意盎然的巧克力拼盤時，也許就是服務人員已觀察到我是個”甜點控”啦！

「用心感覺，該感受氣氛的，不只是接受服務那一方。提供服務這一方，更應該五感並用，細心感受。」飯店管理層告訴我，即便是細節到床毯，他們也會以三摺的方式來表現，客人可能不會輕易發現，卻能讓整體更添美感。

無敵套房景致

由於是整個東京市區最高樓層的飯店(從45F-53F)，這裡的城市景觀也被譽為是全東京最佳。北面是新宿區、東面是皇居；西面則是富士山或六本木之丘。

當然，你若想飽覽東京鐵塔的浪漫氛圍，塔樓套房(Club Tower Suite)就是絕佳的選擇，無論白天黑夜，都有讓人屏息的景觀。

最特別的是日式卡爾頓套房(Modern Japanese Suite)，整間酒店只有兩間，由日本設計師所設計的套房卻充滿濃厚的日式風格。想像一下，當你在四十八層樓，還能擁有豪華日式床墊，兩個房間配有日本傳統的榻榻米，還有格子門來區分空間時，高層樓的和風，毫無違和感。

廣達200平方米的總統套房(Presidential Suite)，簡潔的現代設計風格，位於第53層樓，更是居高臨下，壯麗的景觀包括標誌性的東京鐵塔、富士山和六本木hill。
