在泰國成長的女主廚Chef Rossarin Sriprathum,對烹飪的啟發來自她的祖母(也是一位廚師和甜點師傅),從小看著祖母做菜,Rin也在無形中練就了許多老祖母的秘技,讓她在廚藝的世界裡游刃有餘。
Chef Rin在20歲時就成為了廚師,幾乎有長達10年的時間她都在The Regent Bangkok工作,期間她到世界各地去展現與行銷泰式傳統美食,包括澳洲、印尼、香港以及日本。之後,她毅然決定轉換跑道、拓展廚藝的視野,於是她搬到英國去協助知名泰國餐廳Siam House Restaurant的總廚,直到進入素可泰飯店以前,她還曾待過Millennium Hilton Bangkok,資歷豐富。
Chef Rin擁有長達20年的泰式料理廚藝經歷,她一直試著去維持傳統泰國皇室料理的recipes,Chef Rin說,「我希望能維持泰式料理的原汁原味,讓世界上更多人明白泰國料理的美味!」同時她也善用其女性纖細的特質,務求讓泰式料理在視覺與味覺上,都更加可口。
「Travel and Leisure magazine」讚譽Celadon是曼谷最棒的餐廳,完全走高貴典雅泰式建築風格路線,被荷花池環繞氣氛相當好,來到這裡用餐的舒適感,環境已經得到了滿分。
