如果要在曼谷市區尋找一處僻靜之所，那麼我的選擇一定是素可泰飯店！儘管它是一間歷史悠久的飯店，卻在精心、細心地維護之下、愈陳愈香。熱帶庭園的造景、環繞水池的迴廊、泰式藝術雕飾品的陳設，再加上大坪數寬敞的房間，素可泰飯店帶給我的感覺、就如同它的泰文之意”快樂即起”！(內含HD現場直擊影音)
經過迴廊，神像寧靜的坐在水池中央，時間彷彿在此刻凍結，安靜而又充滿力量。這間以泰國十三世紀王朝為名的飯店，酒店的設計靈感源自古城素可泰，水池上復刻出宏偉的舍利塔及寶塔，不禁讓人想起那個雅緻美好的年代。
花樹茂盛的中庭，加上令人賞心悅目的蓮花池，在高樓林立的四周，這裡卻難得地鬧中取靜、綠意繚繞，讓人可以暫時遠離塵囂、找到一處隱世之地。
特別是這裡的熱帶庭園與水池的造景，透過夜晚燈光的投射，呈現出另一番靜謐之美，即便不出飯店，這裡的一景一物、一花一草都足夠我待上半天、療癒身心。
從入口處到飯店，兩旁種滿榕樹、整座飯店綠意盎然。由花園連接素可泰飯店大廳以及房間區，另外也有與SPA區及義大利餐廳相連的房間區，整體空間寬廣、卻不會過於遼闊。
這裡的大廳不是屬於金碧輝煌型的，卻極其溫馨；穿過迴廊的空間，極簡的設計、木造天花板，再加上各種泰式古典藝術品，讓人彷彿在度假屋中、重溫泰國古城的氛圍。
素可泰飯店的房間設計，最多只有5層樓，在高樓環伺的該地區真的很特別！走進我的Deluxe Terrace Suites，這間設有小客廳的套房，空間非常寬敞，讓我可以悠閒坐在小客廳享受戶外的綠意與自然。
房間以柚木和泰國絲綢為主，良好的質地是泰絲名牌Jim Thompson的產品，大床的設計讓人可以睡得舒適，最特別的是還有各種枕頭的選擇，還提供有極細纖維、乳膠枕以及薰衣草香味…。
最讓人驚喜的除了滿滿整盤附送的水果外，素可泰遠近馳名的招牌手工松露巧克力(truffletruffle chocolate)、更是好吃到讓人感動，既濃郁卻不會過分甜膩，直教人愛不釋手。
蔥郁的花園環繞著豪華陽臺套房，讓我感覺身處大自然、又能擁有現代化的舒適享受，如液晶電視、衛星頻道和付費電影、辦公桌和步入式衣櫥。
有陽台的好處是，我可以沐浴在溫暖的陽光中，也可在自己的私人陽臺仰望曼谷的熠熠星空，或是俯瞰配有日光浴躺椅的游泳池。
佔滿鏡子的浴室，更是延伸空間的巧妙設計，乾溼分離的設計外，還特別設有小巧的梳妝檯、分常貼心。
備品是ELLE SPA系列，一應俱全，特別的是還有附上浴鹽。
早餐的選項以琳瑯滿目著稱，很多顧客還會專程來此享用而住上一晚呢!
