現任 L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Hong Kong的行政主廚Olivier Elzer,33歲的他是法國人,他有十四年的廚藝經驗,1998年開始,Olivier 陸續開始和名廚Eric Briffard 以及Jean Yves Leuranguer工作.2011年開始他接連在世界各地的米其林餐廳任職,包括香港東方文華酒店的Pierre餐廳及法國米其林二星的 L’ Abbaye De La Bussière gastronomic餐廳擔任主廚的工作。
